Your sales pipeline is now a board you can work, not just a list you can read. The new Kanban View in Sales β Work Requests β one of our most-requested features β lays every work request out as a card under its pipeline stage: Survey Scheduled, Lead Qualified, Estimate Provided, and Negotiation in Progress.
Drag a card to move it to a new stage, watch each column's live count and dollar total, filter the board down to exactly the leads that need attention, and clean up stale requests in bulk. It works hand in hand with everything you already use β Advanced Filters, Quick Filters, and Saved Views.

The Kanban View is live under Sales β Work Requests. Flip the toggle, set your window once, and start working your pipeline the way you think about it β card by card, stage by stage.
Every lead tells a story β from the day it was created, through qualification, survey, estimate, booking, dispatch, and completion. The new Lead Lifecycle Report, available under Sales β Reports, lays that whole story out in a single row per lead: who the customer is, every milestone date along the way, and how the estimated value compares to what the job actually brought in.

The Lead Lifecycle Report is live under Sales β Reports. Open it, pick your date range, and follow every lead from first touch to final invoice β one row at a time.
Truck weight tickets now travel with the shipment. Crews can capture scale tickets directly in the Mover Inventory (Mobile QR Inventory) app β photo, ticket details, and carrier signature β right at the stages where trucks get weighed.
Net weight and final net weight are calculated automatically, every ticket auto-syncs to the CMS under the shipment's Documents tab, and your customer sees the same details in the customer portal. It's part of the default workflow, with an optional setting to make it mandatory.
The feature is on by default. In the app:

Truck Weight Tickets are live in the Mover Inventory (Mobile QR Inventory) App and CMS. Weigh the truck, snap the ticket, capture the signature β and the shipment record, your office, and your customer all have it instantly.
Your crews can now document the condition of the customer's property itself β not just the items.
Property Exceptions, new in Mover Inventory (Mobile QR Inventory), lets the crew record property damage with photos, structured details, and a driver signature at the beginning and end of stage activities, at both origin (Add Items To Inventory) and delivery (Remove Items From Inventory) stages.
A pre-existing scuff on the door or peeling paint on the wall gets captured before work starts; anything that happens during the move gets captured before the crew leaves. Every record syncs across the App, the CMS, and the Customer Portal β giving you timestamped proof when a damage complaint arrives, and a fair, transparent record for your customer. It's part of the default workflow, with an optional setting to make it mandatory.
Property Exceptions is on by default β it's already in your current workflow. In the app:

Property Exceptions is live across the Mover Inventory app, CMS, and Customer portal. Walk the property, snap the photos, capture the signature β and every complaint conversation starts from proof, not memory.
Getting from a grid to the record behind it is now a single click, everywhere. The Contact Name and Company Name columns in Sales β Work Requests, Sales β Estimates, and Operations β Work Orders now behave consistently: click a contact and you land on that contact's detail page in the Contacts module; click a company and you land on that company's detail page in the Companies module β with the correct record loaded every time.
There's nothing to set up β the links are live in each grid automatically.

Clickable Contact and Company links are live across Sales β Work Requests, Sales β Estimates, and Operations β Work Orders. One click, straight to the record.
Your account-level storage business just got a dedicated home. The new Storage tab on the company profile brings every consolidated storage shipment for that company β created from the CRM and pushed to Mover Inventory β into one organized view, complete with subscription status, recurring charges, and next charge dates, and links each shipment straight into the Mover Inventory CMS.
There's nothing to set up β the tab appears automatically on company profiles.

The Storage tab is live on company profiles. Open any company, click Storage, and the account's complete storage picture β shipments, subscriptions, and charges β is in front of you, one click from Mover Inventory.
Surveys drive bookings β and now you can watch that pipeline work, owner by owner. The new Survey Report, available under Sales β Reports, shows how each work request owner turns new work requests into scheduled surveys, completed surveys, and booked moves: one row per owner, with counts and conversion percentages across the entire survey pipeline, filterable by created date and owner.
βοΈ How to Configure

The Survey Report is live under Sales β Reports. Open it, set your date range, and see exactly how work requests are turning into surveys and bookings β owner by owner.
Every moving company closes out a job differently β some require a formal Terms & Conditions acceptance on the Final BOL, some capture a carrier signature alongside the shipper's, and some let crews carry a remaining balance forward to the next work order. Three new Crew App permissions now put each of those choices in the administrator's hands, configurable per service type, so the Crew App matches your close-out process exactly.

All three permissions are live under Settings β Crew App β General β App Permission. Set them once per service type, and the Crew App's Final BOL and payment flow will follow your rules on every job.
Storage jobs move in two directions β into your warehouse or back out of it β and the work request needs to reflect which one. Previously, toggling Storage flipped which address (origin or destination) received your organization's corporate address, but the two states weren't labeled, so it was unclear which mode was active.
Now the Storage option comes with explicit Storage In and Storage Out choices, the corporate address lands in the right place automatically, and the direction is visible on the work request detail and list views.

Storage In / Storage Out is live on the work request screen. Book your next storage job with the direction labeled, the corporate address in the right slot, and the storage type visible everywhere the work request appears.
Based on your feedback, a UI and UX enhancement is coming to the Invoice module. Today, creating an invoice from a work request, work order, or contact means stepping through three separate screens β Contact Info, Invoice Info, then Preview β with totals sitting far away from the line items they describe.
The upcoming layout brings customer information, line items, remarks, and every total together on one screen, so you'll build, review, and edit an invoice in one place and jump straight to the preview. It's the same invoice with the same fields β just organized the way you work.
There will be nothing to set up β once released, the new layout applies automatically wherever you create or edit an invoice.

The new invoice experience is live across the Invoice module β from contacts, work requests, work orders, and the invoice list. Open any invoice and everything you need is on one screen.
